1. What you need to know
  • Our packages and special offers come with their own specific terms and conditions which are subject to change. Please read all our terms and conditions before purchasing any of our offers or packages. If a late offer is posted without the full terms and conditions it will still state that terms and conditions apply or t’s & c’s for short. Always ask for full t’s & c’s when calling to book an offer so you fully understand them.
  • Offers are subject to availability and terms can change on packages at any time
  • We require the name and details of the person who will be redeeming the offer or package offer so we can credit their account.
  • After purchasing online you will download a voucher to hand to your friend or use yourself. This has no monetary value and is only valid with the person named as the recipient of the voucher and cannot be exchanged for cash value.
  • You must keep your receipt as proof of purchase.
  • Refunds can only be issued on voucher/special offer purchases within 5 days.
  • Vouchers that are included in some of our packages have their own t’s & c’s which may include the voucher being valid to use for a certain time only and used against beauty treatments only.  These vouchers can NOT be sold on, they have no monetary value and can only be redeemed by the package purchaser unless the terms state otherwise or unless a change of hands is agreed with the salon.
  • Monetary vouchers are valid against full priced beauty services only Unless otherwise stated) and cannot be used to purchase retail, discounted deal offers, other packages or other beauty services. Free vouchers and complimentary vouchers (for example voucher given as bonuses or included in deals) are also only valid against full priced services only with only one deal being valid per visit (unless otherwise state). Please check the terms with us. No vouchers can be resold
  • Beauty vouchers included in any deals are subject to availability on selected services. Please check before booking.
  • Only one offer can ever be redeemed at any one visit
  • Our Paid for Vouchers never expire (excludes Special Offer/Discount vouchers) but they are subject to change of terms and our packages are subject to change each year.
  • Voucher must be shown or no discount given.
2. Awareness and Fairness No Show Policy
2.1 Awareness
Failure to show up for an appointment you booked results in both the salon and therapist losing revenue. Without adequate notice other Beauty Vibes customers wanting to book in also lose out as we could be servicing them in this wasted appointment time.

NO SHOW LOSS – up to £1153 in annual wages – (No employee can afford to lose this on wages)

HOURS LOST – 530 hours annually – (over 10 wasted hours every week)

No shows means reduced wages!

Please note you WILL be charged as in our cancellation policy if you fail to give 24 hours’ notice to either cancel or reschedule your appointment.

This also means that in the event you show up for your appointment and decide Not to have All treatments booked in for your appointment time or request to reschedule some of those treatments to another time/day *24 hours notice is required otherwise the cancellation fee applies.

2.2 Fairness
We require a full 24 hours cancellation notice of all appointments so we can try to resell the time

24 HOURS NOTICE means we must have received notification of your request to either cancel or reschedule your appointment or appointed treatments exactly 24 hours or more before your appointment time. We understand life gets in the way sometimes. We are all so busy appointments can slip our mind sometimes so we give you our 3 Step Fairness Policy.

1st NO SHOW you are charged just HALF of your booked appointment value however, we let you spend that charge on salon products so you have something to show for your charge.

2nd NO SHOW you are charged the FULL rate of the appointment value however, we let you can spend half toward products again.

3rd NO SHOW and any following no shows you are charged the full appointment value.

2.3 New Booking Policy
All new client appointments or appointments longer than 1 hour now require a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the booking value. This will only be refunded if 24 hour cancellation notice is given. The great thing about paying a deposit is you have less to pay on appointment day.
2.4 Pre-Paid Packages
All packages are fully paid in advance and purchased online, over the phone or in salon. Failure to give 24 hours’ notice to cancel your package or pre-paid package service booking will result in the package being classed as fully redeemed and will no longer be valid.
2.5 Fairness Policy
In return we agree that if we need to change your appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice and your booking has stood for more than 48 hours we will endeavour to offer you another appointment on the same day.

If we are unable to offer you an alternative appointment* on the same day we will gift you with half of your appointment value when you return for your booking.

2.6 Lateness
If you are late for your appointment the time comes off your appointment and we cannot guarantee you the full service you booked for but we can guarantee will do everything we can to make you look and feel amazing in the time remaining.

If we are late starting your appointment your service is not affected.

In our service industry appointment times can be unpredictable so we base them on averages. We cannot guarantee you will be in and out in your exact booking time so please make appointments when you are not in a rush to get out at a specific time. We want you to have the best salon experience and rushing will not only compromise your experience but adds stress and pressure on the therapist.

3. Fees & payment

3.1 You must pay in accordance with Our Price List for all Services on completion of those that We have fully and correctly provided to You;
3.2 You may pay Us for Services (and for any deposit or other advance payment on account of that payment) using any of the following methods:
3.2.1 cash
3.2.2 credit/debit card
3.2.3 Redeem a Beauty Vibes Gift Voucher
3.3 We may alter Our prices without prior notice, but if the price of any Services increases between the time when You book an appointment and the date of the appointment, the price increase will not apply to Your appointment for those Services on that date; and
3.4 All prices of Services shown in the Price List are inclusive of VAT.

4. Eligibility for treatment

4.1 You confirm that, in connection with your request(s) to receive any Services from Us, You are and will be a “Consumer” as defined in Clause 1 above;
4.2 We will not provide certain treatments to You unless You are aged 16 or over. We may require evidence of Your age for that purpose;
4.3 We will not provide certain treatments to You if You are aged under 16 unless You have parental consent. We may require evidence of Your age for that purpose;
4.4 If You have a medical condition, certain treatments may be unsuitable for You. We advise You to tell Us of any medical condition or on-going medical treatment when You book an appointment.
4.4.1 If You do not tell Us at that time We are not liable for any consequential adverse reaction to treatment as set out in Clause 4.4 above;
4.4.2 If You do not tell Us at that time We will be entitled not to provide treatment (or part of it) and to treat the appointment (or the affected part of it) as cancelled by You without notice, in which case We may make a charge to You for the cancelled appointment (or part of it) as set out in sub-Clause 2.6 above;
4.5 If You suffer from any allergy or a skin condition, We may require You to take a patch test before We provide certain treatments;
4.6 Some of Our beauty treatments will require a mandatory patch test 24 – 48 hours prior to treatment and results deem eligibility for treatment such test results will be kept on file for salon record-keeping and insurance purposes.
4.7 We advise You not to have any waxing and/or facial treatments immediately before or after heat treatments or exercise; and
4.8 If you are pregnant, We advise You to notify Us so to verify that you are not contraindicated to the treatment requested as some of our beauty treatments are not recommended during pregnancy.

5. Salon Rules

It is recommended that You:
5.1 Switch your phone to silent during quiet treatments or make necessary calls prior to your appointment.
5.2 Are not accompanied at the Salon’s premises by any child/ren under the age of 10yrs as We do not have an appropriate member of staff to supervise them.

6. Gift Vouchers

6.1 We sell Gift Vouchers in-salon
6.2 E-Gift Vouchers are available for purchase from our website https://beautyvibes.co.uk/gift-vouchers
6.3 Gift vouchers have No expiry date; and
6.4 Gift vouchers may be redeemed only for treatments or products which We provide at the Salon and may not be redeemed partly or wholly for cash.
6.5 Refunds can only be issued via SumUp on online voucher purchases only and within 5 days.
7. Special Offers – Service Package Deals & Vouchers
7.1 From time to time we may advertise Special Offer deals on packages, vouchers, services and retail and these come with their own specific terms and conditions which are subject to change. Please read all our terms and conditions before purchasing any of our deals or packages. If a late deal is posted without the full terms and conditions it will still state that terms and conditions apply or t’s & c’s for short. Always ask for full t’s & c’s when calling to book a deal so you fully understand them.
7.2 Offers are subject to availability and terms can change on packages at any time
7.3 We require the name and details of the person who will be redeeming the package so we can credit their account.
7.4 Special Offers & Voucher deals have no monetary value and are only valid with the person named as the recipient of the voucher/offer and cannot be exchanged for cash value.
7.5 These vouchers can NOT be sold on, or unless a change of hands is agreed with the salon.
7.6 You must keep your receipt as proof of purchase.
7.7 Refunds can only be issued within 5 days.
7.8 Free vouchers and complimentary vouchers (for example voucher we hand out as bonuses included in deals) are also only valid against full priced beauty services only with only one deal being valid per visit. Please check the terms with us.

*No cash value equivalent can be redeemed on vouchers.

7.9 Only one offer can ever be redeemed at any one visit
7.10 Buy One Voucher and get another for the SAME SERVICE value completely FREE – Terms & Conditions:
*Vouchers CAN be given as gifts.

*Only one Voucher or Offer per visit can be used.

*Cannot purchase any Package Offers with these vouchers.

*Cannot purchase retail products with the vouchers (unless part of the package deal check package t&cs).

**The paid voucher never expires.

*Free voucher have an expiry date and are no longer valid if not used past the expiry date

*Free voucher is NOT VALID on a SATURDAY or in December

*Voucher must be shown or no discount given.

*No vouchers can be resold

*Packages are subject to change.

*No refunds given if any part of voucher has been redeemed.

*No refunds given after 5 days of purchasing vouchers.

*No cash value equivalent can be redeemed on vouchers.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 We will be responsible for any foreseeable loss or damage that You may suffer as a result of Our breach of these Terms and Conditions or as a result of Our negligence. Loss or damage is foreseeable if it is an obvious consequence of Our breach or negligence or if it is contemplated by You and Us when Our contract with You is created. We will not be responsible for any loss or damage that is not foreseeable;
8.2 We provide or sell all Services to You only for Your personal and private use/purposes. We make no warranty or representation that products, or other goods or materials that We provide or sell to You are fit for commercial, business, industrial, trade, craft or professional purposes of any kind (including resale). We will not be liable to You for any loss of profit, loss of business, interruption to business or for any loss of business opportunity;
8.3 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions is intended to or will exclude or limit Our liability for death or personal injury caused by Our negligence (including that of Our employees, agents or sub-contractors) or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
8.4 Furthermore, if you are a “Consumer” as defined by the Consumer Rights Act 2015, or a consumer for the purposes of any other consumer protection legislation, nothing in these Terms and Conditions is intended to or will exclude, limit, prejudice, or otherwise affect any of Our duties or obligations to You, or Your rights or remedies, or Our liability to You, under:
7.4.1 the Consumer Rights Act 2015;
7.4.2 the Regulations;
7.4.3 the Consumer Protection Act 1987; or
7.4.4 any other consumer protection legislation as that legislation is amended from time to time.

9. Changes to Terms & Conditions

We may from time to time change these Terms and Conditions without giving You notice, but We will use Our reasonable endeavours to inform You as soon as is reasonably possible of any such change.

10. How we use your personal information

10.1 In so far as the Services involve Us in collecting, using, or holding or otherwise processing any data obtained from You which is personal data (including, but not limited to, Your name and address), We shall only do so with Your express consent and in accordance with any lawful instructions reasonably given by You from time to time, and the provisions of the Data Protection Legislation and Your rights under that Data Protection Legislation and these Terms and Conditions;
10.2 We may use Your personal information as follows:
10.2.1 to provide Our Services to You;
10.2.2 to process Your payment for the Services;
10.2.3 We will not pass on Your personal information to any other third parties without first obtaining Your express permission.

11. Regulations

We are required by the Regulations to ensure that certain information is given or made available to You as a Consumer before We make Our contract with You (i.e. before We accept Your request to make a booking) except where that information is already apparent from the context of the transaction. We have included the information itself either in these Terms and Conditions for You to see now, or We will make it available to You before We accept Your request to make a booking. All of that information will, as required by the Regulations, be part of the terms of Our contract with You as a Consumer.

12. Information

As required by the Regulations:
12.1 all of the information described in Clause 10; and
12.2 any other information which We give to You about any Services or the Salon which You take into account when deciding to make a booking or when making any other decision about the Services;
will be part of the terms of Our contract with You as a Consumer

13. Complaints

We always welcome feedback from Our customers and, whilst We always use all reasonable endeavours to ensure that Your experience as a customer of Ours is a positive one, We nevertheless want to hear from You if You have any cause for complaint. 14. No Waiver

No failure or delay by Us or You in exercising any rights under these Terms and Conditions means that We or You have waived that right, and no waiver by Us or You of a breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions means that We or You will waive any subsequent breach of the same or any other provision.

15. Severance

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held by any competent authority to be invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part the validity of the other provisions of these Terms and Conditions and the remainder of the provision in question shall not be affected.
