Refund Policy

We want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return items.

If you’re not satisfied with your order or have simply changed your mind, you can return any unopened products to us. As long as the item is still in its original condition, we’ll gladly accept returns for any products purchased from and will issue a full refund to your original payment upon receiving your items within 30 days of the PURCHASE date, at the price you paid for the product. Please note we will not refund any postage you may have paid on the original order.

Should you have any discrepancies with your order or experience a skin response to your product please contact 07780 982257 as soon as possible and within 48 hours.

In the event of damaged goods received we will require photographic evidence to support any claims for damages. Once this has been provided we will offer a full refund or replacement.

All returns must be pre-approved by us.

To receive your refund please follow the instructions below.

  1. Email and advise us of your intention to return your goods and the reasons for your return.
  2. Send your returned goods back to us along with your order number, name, full postal address and email address.
  3. Please retain proof of purchase and send returned items to:

Please allow seven working days for your refund to be processed.
